Last week I filmed Alison Carl White from Seattle Works. They're a small nonprofit with a staff of 4. Believe it or not, they will work with about 4,000 volunteers this year. They help connect volunteers with other organizations. Needless to say, she's a wealth of information when it comes to volunteers.
Along with Alison, Kristina Williams from the Hearing Speech and Deafness Center is featured in today's movie. I think, more than ever, engaging your volunteers and utilizing them to their fullest is critical. I hope this movie helps you to do just that. Enjoy!
