A few months ago I was at an AFP workshop. Erica Mills was the presenter. One of the things she talked about was marketing and the "shiny object syndrome". I approached her to share some of her workshop with you. So, fast forward a few months, and here she is in today's video.

Erica has been working with nonprofits for a lot of years. She also teaches nonprofits marketing at the University of Washington. Some of her clients include the Gates Foundation, Group Health Foundation, PATH, and a whole bunch more. Out of her experience with nonprofits grew the "1, 2, 3 Marketing Tree". She'll be talking about that in the video and how this simple tool can make your life so much easier.
